Payment & Cancellation Policy

Membership rates are billed on a month-to-month basis by electronic debit or credit card. An additional $10 fee is charged to cash and check paying customers. There are NO contracts. There are NO sign up fees. To cancel your electronic payment a written request must be emailed to mathersjjandfit@gmail.com 30 days prior to the date of your payment. No refunds will be given, but no additional payments will be made. We will not accept phone calls or text messages to cancel membership. We cannot accept them per policy above. Sorry for any inconvenience.
